We Share...

Today, we witnessed First, Final and Silver Jubilee Celebration in the history of our Province, another shining moment in our consecrated life! We join our nine Silver Jubilarians, our three sisters who committed themselves totally to the Lord forever and three novices who took the step courageously to say ‘Yes’ by their first profession. For indeed, there is REASON to celebrate!

Silver Jubilee of Sr. M. Margret, Sr. M. Vinita, Sr. M. Tessy, Sr. M. Elsy, Sr. M. Clara, Sr. M. Sheela, Sr. M. Deepthi, Sr. M. Francina and Sr. M. Rosmi. Final commitment of Sr. M. Roshnima, Sr. M. Basanti, and Sr. M. Ranju. And First Profession of Sr. M. Reshma, Sr. M. Mounika and Sr. M. Jeena.

“To Serve the Lord with Gladness” was the theme. self-offering to God in gladness and His mission is truly a beautiful and powerful gift of love for the Congregation, for the Church, and for the world. Our Archbishop Victor Henry Thakur was the main celebrant. About thirty four priests, sisters from various congregations, family members of the feastarians and many well wishers joined us on this occasion.

There was a felicitation programme soon after the Eucharistic celebration. The feastarians delightfully expressed their gratitude to the Lord for His faithfulness and fidelity. The Religious life, involves a radical choice to commit oneself for life to what is truly a vocation, a calling from God. In this scenario our Province was blessed to hoist three important ceremonies on May 27, 2017.
